2009 Nov 11th--------The fluctuation range for 1HNovember NAND Flash average contract price is around -2%~6% that since the year end inventory replenishment for hot season still effects, yet some vendors mildly adjust up contract price for certain products. However, with the raising portion in 3xnm process technology in November, also some vendors lower the contract price or remain flat.
